Q: I want to put my business online, but I do not know where to start. Can you help me?
A: Absolutely! You do not need any online
experience at all. We offer free consultation and free estimates on all
services.
Q: What preparations do I have to do to get online?
A: Brochures, logos, photographs, business cards, etc. are all great resources.
If you do not have any of these resources, we will help you come up with
something from scratch!
Q: How long does it typically take to build a
website?
A: There are many factors that influence the
time required to complete a website. It can take as little as three days, or for
large complex websites, as long as three months.
Q: How much input do I have?
A: We welcome your input! The more input we receive from you, the better able we
will be to satisfy your needs and produce a site that will have the desired look
and impact that you want. It is your website, we want it to reflect that!
Q: If I already have a website, can you help me improve it?
A: Yes, we can usually redesign a website from an existing website relatively
quickly. Whether your website does not look "professional", does not load quickly
enough, or the navigation is baffling to visitors, we can help!
Q: Do I need to know about computers (or have a computer) to have a website?
A: It is more advantageous to you if you have a computer with which to view your
site and receive emails, but it is not necessary for you to be familiar with
computers to have a website. Creating a website is more about exposing your
business to new potential clients and generating new sales. Internet use has
become so widespread in recent years that a company without a website is at a
disadvantage.
Q: My company is in the service industry. Will a website help my business?
A: Absolutely! Over 50% of the population who are online from home or the office
are researching businesses that provide products or services. You can provide
samples, references, business location, hours of operation and more 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Q: Do I have to come to your office to get a
website? What if I live in a different part of the country or a long distance
from you?
A: We can design a website for you no
matter where you are located. There are several ways you can send us your
information. If you already have digitized photos and text files, ie. Word
documents and gif and or jpg images, you can email them to us. If not, you can
mail or FedEx us the information that you want on your website.
Q: If I buy a website from you do I own it?
Will I get to keep it if I decide to hire somebody else down the road?
A: Yes, the website is yours to keep.
